My puppy Hershey ass neutered yesterday. As painful as it is for me the dog parent he seems to be doing ok. Rocklin Ranch always takes care in overseeing my pets health care needs and always follow up.
This post is a warning to anyone that has a serious problem with their pet. DO NOT take them to Rocklin Ranch Veterinary Hospital. Now that I have time to reflect on our care and the crisis I had last week with my yorkie I am not entirely pleased with the care that we received. While my pet is no longer here I've had to check myself to make sure its not just a lash back due to having lost her. Dr Estes is absolutely amazing. She understands that pets are family and she is so unbelievably intuitive to the needs of each individual animal. Both of our dogs have started to trust going to the vet again after meeting and working with her. They are very caring and treated us like curing our cat's ear infection was the most important thing in the world. They are very careful and did re-checks to be sure the infection cleared up. They call to follow up and make sure our cat is doing okay. I wouldn't bring our cats anywhere else.
