Wish our first visit was under different circumstances but it was an End of Life situation for our pug Maks who was 16yrs and 2mths old. They walked us through the entire process and were so compassionate to both Maks and us. There was even a bereavement room specifically for us to spend time with Maks and they gave us as much time as we needed. Always able to get us in even when we don't have an appointment! doctors are great and staff is nice and informative as well.
Absolutely wonderful, every single person we interacted with was so nice. We had to bring our dog in yesterday, on a holiday weekend as an urgent appointment for a deep laceration on her side. (Which occurred in the middle of my 2 year old's birthday party of course). Not only were we in and out and heading back home to the party in ONE hour, but even with everything they did, staples, multiple medications to go home, e collar, the fact it was a walk in emergency, etc, it was under $300! Wonderful, they took care of my Rottweiler, with his second TPLO SURGERY, and told us he needs to loose weight and great clean wonderful doctors and the Moblie surgeon the best.
Doctor today was great with Mimi.,She wasn’t her regular Dr Basra.
Our new puppy ate a sock last week and we brought him in right away. All of the techs, office staff, and drs were so great and made me and him feel comfortable. Luckily he was able to vomit it out. They called the next day to check on him and sent a card. We brought him back this week for a check up and he was greeted with hugs, loves, and cookies!!
We took our new puppy here and they have been wonderful with her and us. The office is nice and clean. It looks nicer than my Dr office
