She is very caring and always concerned about my pets health and well being. I'm highly disappointed my friend was charged for a lab test result that turned out to be an error on your end. Refund for her extra fee is the proper and respectable action to take.

Love Rocklin Ranch Veterinary, the staff is so friendly. They answer all my questions. I really wanted to board my dog, Cooper there. They were booked up, so I had to find another boarder. I did but regret it. When I picked Cooper up, he lost his bark-voice, I thought maybe he had kennel cough, so I called Rocklin and they said bring him right in and come through the side door, so no other dog would catch it.
