The staff was so great with my son. It was his first time at the dentist's office and he was scared and crying and asking to go home. The front desk girls gave him crayons and put on his favorite movie, which calmed him down. Then the hygenist and Dr. Trout were so gentle and patient with him! Although he was still upset about having his teeth examined and cleaned, we were able to have a successful appointment and he walked away with a cool new toothbrush! Melissa was wonderful with my 3yr old. I loved how she showed her the tools before using them and introduced everything in a fun and upbeat manner. Dr. Trout took her time to clearly explain things to me and answer any questions I had regarding my daughters check up.
