Like the staff and I'm happy with the service. However, we got called in over 15 minutes after the appointment time which I find unacceptable unless there has been an emergency. No apology or explanation was provided why they were running behind schedule. I make a priority of showing up on time so I would appreciate the same from the staff if possible.

Awesome as always! Staff knows my daughter by name and her doll! Always kind and courteous. Dr. Trout is wonderful, takes her time, answers questions, we always leave with a positive feeling! The staff was amazing! Not only did they take great care of my baby (the patient), but they had plenty to keep my 2 year old busy while waiting. My son had a lip and tongue tie procedure done. Dr. Trout is very knowledgable and explained every thing in great detail. We had a wonderful experience. My two year old didn't want to leave! The staff was amazing!
