The doctor is ok but his office staff is awful. Zero stars for them. They refuse to pull lab work they helped order and need documents faxed. Who has a fax?
Dr. Kozin is really amazing. He takes the time to really understand you, and when I left I felt seen & heard. His bedside manner is incredible, and I really felt like I was in good hands. The office staff is also really sweet and nice. Highly recommend!
I've never been to a more knowledgeable and caring physician than Dr. Kozin. His care and concern for the wellbeing of his patients is above and beyond. Wouldn't want any other physician to care for a close family member of mine.
Wonderfull doctor.
