PLEASE AVOID DR. KOTLYAR and this practice at all costs. Long story short: 1. She instructs the front staff to tell patients they can have appointments after 5pm with her, which she never intends to keep. She leaves for the day when she feels like it and instructs the staff to book patients with a different provider without your consent. Dr Kotlyar has been the primary care physician for over 15 years and always makes me feel comfortable and at ease during my appointments. Dr. Kotlyar always takes the time to listen to my concerns and explains my treatment options in a way I could easily understand. Once’s I left this office I went straight to calling my insurance to change my PCP. From the moment the Doctor walk into the exam room with the medical assistant/ scribe he never introduced himself to me or any sort of interaction. Extremely dismissive, disgusting and disrespectful.
