Get rid of your negative attitude driven front desk staff. Dr. Is amazing!, but the staff can be heard huffing and puffing when they’re the least bit inconvenienced of a question being asked. Heaven forbid they had to make two key strokes to make a change, you’d hear the “these people,” remarks. At least wait until the customer is out of earshot before you make rude comments. I had been seeing Dr. Kotlyar for about 2 years and was very satisfied with her when I insisted my adult son see her after being extremely ill with a mystery illness for a year. Dr. Kotlyar immediately knew what his issue was and took blood to confirm he had been suffering with a very bad case of lyme disease. She immediately put him on the correct meds and he was better within a month. I truly feel like she saved my sons life. I love the staff here! They are all so respectful kind and caring, the doctors here ante very knowledgeable and they all go the extra mile to make sure that you are comfortable and taken care of.

This place is wonderful, they always get me in and out really fast and everyone is really nice and attentive.
