Dr Kotlyar has been the primary care physician for over 15 years and always makes me feel comfortable and at ease during my appointments. Dr. Kotlyar always takes the time to listen to my concerns and explains my treatment options in a way I could easily understand. Once’s I left this office I went straight to calling my insurance to change my PCP. From the moment the Doctor walk into the exam room with the medical assistant/ scribe he never introduced himself to me or any sort of interaction. Extremely dismissive, disgusting and disrespectful. A doctor whose has their back towards the patient is ridiculous and making face expressions is not acceptable. Not one word was exchanged between the doctor and I as a patient.
