BUT when I got there, Jonathan said that I DID NOT WIN!!! 🙄😬🙄 because they have another code in the dealership that did not match my code?!? Went last week to view a certified preowned sonata- their website said certified pre owned. I was told after looking at it- I need to pay them $1600 if I want the certified preowned - it’s considered precertified . Got upset and left - wanted to start over and went back today- walking in a man smoking a cigarette said he was a liquidator working with them- asked if I could sign for a car today - I said I was just looking - he wouldn’t take the time to show me any cars! I paid for an oil change that I never received and would also like my spare key that is being witheld from me unless I would "like to pay half". An extremely dishonest dealership.
Total scam! Not professional! Told me I would get 4000 more above trade in value of Kelly blue book. Gave me $17 more! Ridiculous
Shady sales tactics Extremely disappointed
I dealt with a amazing Sales man Ed! He took his time and really worked hard for what I wanted! There staff is great!! I highly recommend going to this DEALERSHIP!! GREAT JOB ED :) This was my first experience with not waisting my time or theres.Thank you ED. 5 Stars plus!
