Bought a new Palisade from here and tires totally bald after less than 17,000 miles. Clearly they put the wrong or cheapest Hankook tires they could find on the car to save money. I didn't even know even awful tires could go bald that fast. I can only imagine what other parts not under warranty they went cheap on to screw over their customers.
Hyundai of West Nyack provided an excellent buying experience. It was my second purchase of a Hyundai Santa Fe. The salesperson assigned was LT. He was professional, and he made the entire experience a pleasant one. In fact, it was evident that the staff were collegial and work as a team. Customer satisfaction was a priority. As a satisfied customer, I would recommend this dealership, and more importantly, I would recommend LT to assist with your next purchase. Excellent!
RecommendedI was looking for a specific Palisade, Hyper white with Beige interior. I couldn't find it anywhere local, the dealerships said they were looking for it but no car. I took charge and located one with the help of hyundai.com and that's how I found Rockland Hyundai !!!
