I had a 10:15am appointment today for my son. It was a follow up appointment for a condition that Dr. Leen has been monitoring for the past 6 years, since my son was a new born. Today, I was asked for a referral which was given to them 6 years ago. When I explained that, I was told I need a new referral on the spot or I needed to reschedule. Scheduled first appointment for 8 30am. Still waiting at 9.04am. 15 people in waiting room. Always slow here complained to office manager. 9.37am still waiting. There must be 25 people waiting
