Scheduled first appointment for 8 30am. Still waiting at 9.04am. 15 people in waiting room. Always slow here complained to office manager. 9.37am still waiting. There must be 25 people waiting
I received such a thorough exam from beginning to end with Dr Chen and Stephanie. Even the scheduler was extremely organized and professional. Dr Chen answered all my questions and put me at ease for my upcoming cataract surgeries.
