Rented through Rockland Capital for a year and a half. Our contact, Ernie, was always incredibly kind and helpful. When a job opportunity in California fell through and our lease in Philly was up, he let us go month-to-month until I landed employment in NJ a month later. Maintenance concerns were always addressed promptly. Deposit returned within a month of lease ending. Smooth entry and exit. Highly recommended.
I rented 2 properties with Rockland over a span of 6 years. Absolutely no complaints at all. The property manger Ernie went above and beyond to make sure everything was to my expectations and more. Very grateful to have stumbled across this team of professionals.
