Disappointed in this company, we had insurance with them for 5 years. They raised our rates 30%each year. They ghosted us when we tried to contact them. We cancelled our coverage and they did not refund our full amount. Now will not return emails.
Avoid This Company – 4 Months With No Response! I highly advise staying far away from Rockingham Insurance. My company, JGMORAL LLC, is a policyholder, and we filed a claim over four months ago. Despite multiple emails and calls, we have received zero response from their adjuster, Christa Camp, AIC, or anyone else at the company. Terrible customer service. They do not get back to you. Have had a claim with them for a long time and have heard nothing. Reach out and no response.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been a Rockingham auto insurance policyholder for 6 years. I chose Rockingham Insurance because they were local and had a good reputation. I had two claims filed against my policy. They were both paid out but they were both completely screwed up. The auto claims department has absolutely NO clue what they're doing. We were rear ended by a customer of Rockingham Insurance, the customer fled the scene and committed a hit and run. After the investigation was settled by law enforcement, we received the information of the party that hit us. It has been OVER A MONTH now since the claim was filed.
