RecommendedToday was day 5 of boot camp for me. I have followed Amanda’s guidance and meal plans. I absolutely love Rocking Bootcamp! Everyone is supportive and nice! It’s not easy but it’s awesome! I know it won’t be long until I’m healthy and in shape again!
Great decision to join. Circuits are intense but within reach for everyone. Highly recommend regardless of current fitness level or goals!
Amanda is so inspiring and keeps you motivated towards reaching your goals!
Absolutely love working out here! The workouts are challenging and different every day and I can really tell a difference in my endurance. Everybody cares about you and wants to see you succeed. I highly recommend going to this gym!
