We called because we were had a few birds and bats get in through our chimney. We had a cap but we thought it was compromised. We called and they came out and gave us our estimate it was a little high but we do have a steep roof. We hired them for the job. Ben brought another person and they arrived and Ben left and returned with a cap. The person was on the roof maybe 10 minutes. Several days later we had a bat enter through the chimney.
