Horrible customer service. The front-desk lady (monick) is very rude and impolite. My eye-drop order to the pharmacy had failed and the lady never called me to let me know. Appointments are hardly available for the doctors. I wish I had never came here.

Saw Dr Met as a referral from Dr.Cathy Alexander at RMH aka Mercy Health, felt overly rushed to make a treatment decision for my DR in my right eye. Did one session of PRP per Dr. Met's request, two days after the PRP I developed atonic pupil. Decided to get second opinion from someone else locally and was informed that PRP is outdated and that the numbing shot beforehand usually isn't necessary.
