Friends ordered and paid for a large partially inground pool to be installed May 17. They have had several parties planned. Still no pool only a big mud hole. Feel sorry for them. Summer is almost over. They are still waiting. Other pools have been installed during this time from Rockford Pool and Spa but not theirs.
Thank you Rockford Pool and Spa!! We removed the cover and found our liner floating. They came out right away and were honest about possible solutions and drawbacks. They did a fabulous job of getting the liner in with very few wrinkles, even though they couldn't see what they were doing. Thank you again for saving our pool season!! Tish, in the office, is also AWESOME!!!

Update: Advanced Pool LLC is no longer in business. They will not be on any suggested list of installers. I am sorry your installation went this way and it should have gone smoother. We are doing everthing we can to improve on all of these issues.
