Great atmosphere! Super impressed with responsiveness and staff as a whole! Lots of technology you wouldn't think to find at a smaller practice and all with that small town feel and customer service. Dr. Ted Sees was friendly, informative, and engaged during my appointment making it a very unrushed feeling! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a new Optometrist! So many wonderful things to say about this office. I was very impressed just walking in, beautiful office, pleasant welcome by Ben and my appointment started on time. Dr. Sees took the time to personalize my appointment and answer all of my questions. Very thorough and informative. I loved that I could take frame samples home to try them out! I would recommend this office to anyone! The friendliness, expertise and up to date technology was beyond my expectations.
I visited Rockford Family Eyecare with my son for the first time recently and had a great experience. It was his first visit to an optometrist. Dr. Sees and his staff were friendly and helpful. I love that their office is so close by. Will definitely be back for future eye exam visits!
Dr. Sees took great care of my 6 year old daughter! He answered all of my questions, took his time with her and helped her to be excited about her new glasses!
