Small setting with lots of machines and great people and so close to my home. Love this place and the people who work at it.
Such an awesome and welcoming atmosphere! Stacey has been my trainer for about 12 weeks (and still going strong) and she is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also a wonderful and encouraging coach!
I'm really enjoying Rock Fit. The variety of equipment is excellent. The 24 hr/day is a great benefit as well. Nice place to workout.
