my new salon – i loved my visit. there is a stylist for my every mood. i might try more than one. the first stylist i went to is on the wild side, but my cut fits my lifestyle, which is tame. it stays when i fix it in the morning and is an updated version of what i had. beleive me that has been had to find. i do not want to be pushed into something and she was in tune with that. i found the salon on city search and thought i would let you know the place is nice!
Best colorist!!! – Cat is the best colorist I?ve ever been to! I can?t say enough wonderful things about her expertise! I always love my color and have a great experience at the salon!!!! Thanks, Cat! I appreciate you and have a wonderful holiday!
Best atmosphere in a hair salon – Not only do these Rocket Scientist know hair, they make it a point to know their customers, it feels like a coffee bar where all your friends hang out. You've been in salons where it was pretty clear the stylist hate each other - you wonder if they sharpen their scissors with thoughts of murdering their co-workers, not this place, it has a friendly relaxing atmosphere. It is also a great place to pick up small gift items, view local artist handiwork. This place has it all
Good hair, good atmosphere! – Cat has been coloring my hair for years and I am still amazed by what a great job she does! She always finds a way to give me exactly what I want, even if I can't always articulate it! I get so many compliments on my color. Now that she is at Rocket Science Salon, the experience is even better! The salon has such an easy and comfortable feeling. The people are very nice and they use excellent products. I highly recommend letting Cat make you look beautiful!
Great Place! – Cat has been doing my color for the last year and I've never been happier or gotten so many compliments before I found her. They have all kinds of cute stuff too- jewelry, cards, etc. and some of the best products! It's tucked in on the ground level of that bank building on Gaston between La Vista and the Lakewood shopping center- kind of diaganally across from Starbucks. Seriously, Cat does an amazing job and the place is cool- check it out.
"best colorist in D" as voted by me! – I've tried several "uptown salons" and have been very disappointed, especially the last time. My friend referred me to Cat to fix my color. WOW!! is all I can say. Not only did she fix it but she knew exactly what to do to make it the best color I've ever had. I've been told at other salons that the person I was to see was great at color and proceeded to sit in their chair for hours just to leave with a mediocre job done on my hair. ***YES!!!*** – Love this place! ALWAYS Smells great, looks great, any customer should feel automatically at home. Staff is amazingly friendly,TALENTED and helpful!! Went in with a greasy head and vague description; Came out with the hottest, freshest, softest, shiniest, full-bodied hair! Swear the best cut+style in my life. best salon in lakewood!!! – I went to Rocket Science for a "day of beauty". I had the best massage and facial. I had my color done with Carolynn "Cat" and she was amazing! I will never see anyone else for my color. I got the cutest haircut by Brittany. They truly are specialists in their field. The atmosphere was so relaxed, and they have the best wine. Hip little Lakewood salon. – It might be hard to find the first time, but it is worth looking for. The skincare is very different, with a bend toward gentle masks and yummy homecare products. I love my stylist.
