Great service experience : arrived as promised, set proper expectations on what he was going to do, consistently discussed alll he was doing with us throughout the project and followed up w a detailed conversation about all. Ron and the service tech did an outstanding job worked around our schedule and made it effortless for us. They were on time and communicated well. I highly recommend rocket pest.
Chris removed a nest from one of my roof vents. He promised to seal all the roof vents to prevent further access to wasps. After sealing one vent, it began to storm and he was unable to complete the job that day, but he promised to return to finish the job. After multiple excuses, he has not returned to complete the job and has stopped taking my calls. Extreme difficulty with cancelling there 3 times yearly services. I keep getting "Lauren" and she transfers me to another line that doesn't ever answer. When and if I can finally leave a message. They never call back.
