I am in my 3rd year at Rockella’s One Eyed Studio and I love it here !!! I have a huge window with great light and a beautiful affordable space that is perfect for me to spend hours a day working in a quiet environment. The staff is always helpful and the hallways and lobby are always clean and lovely . I recommend all interested artists looking for a studio to join Rockella!
**Important Information Before Renting:** Be aware that while they claim it is the law to return your deposit within 60 days, this is not true. According to New York State law, landlords are required to return the security deposit within 14 days. I moved out on July 15 and informed them of my move, but as of today, I have yet to receive my deposit. Regarding apartment maintenance, simply patching screw holes and sanding them is insufficient; you need to repaint the entire wall. Otherwise, you may be charged $120 for two hour... read more
