I lived in a Rockdyne apartment for 21 months. I have never had such a positive experience with a rental company or landlord. They’re kind and responsive. I got my entire security deposit back.

My wife moved to LA two years. We rented an apartment with Rockdyne. What we did not know is that Rockdyne will steal from you your security deposit. They will use your deposit to make the apartment more beautiful for the next victim. I usually dont post reviews, but i want to make sure that it will not happen to someone else. If you decide to rent with them, remember that they will steal from you.

I've been living in one of their buildings for more than two years and have never had any single bad experience with them. My unit was fully renovated and everything was completely new when i moved in. Let me break down what they've done since the first day i signed the contract. - One of my neighbors who i share wall with kept pointing to my unit and complaining we made so much noise. Without a doubt the BEST renting experience of my life. Having rented at many different places, I can honestly say that Rockdyne, Debby and Roger and their entire team are simply the best in the business. I've been renting from them for 7 years now, and every Maintenence issue, neighbor issue, or building issue is dealt with in 24 hours. They honestly treat me more like family then a tenant.
