I took my 84y/o grandmother to this practice for a routine health complaint and to refill prescriptions in early May 2012. This was my first visit to this place. As another viewer said, I had to be the one to greet the receptionist (as none of them cracked a smile!) and the nurse who tended to my grandmother before she saw the MD was extremely rude and completely brushed her off. I have been going to this office for 14 years now. I absolutely love dr. Kassam and dr. Akmal. However, the office staff and nurses are extremly rude! 1 example- as I'm signing in for my appt, I smile and say,"hi, how are you?" to the receptionist and she looks at me, rolls her eyes and walks away. The office manager is rude also. I've gone to her about things that have been said and happened to me and she doesn't care. I will NOT be going back to this office! I really hope that dr. Kassam gets his own practice!
