I'm from out of town and when I called they have always accommodate my needs and have created some great arrangements
I showed up at 4:40-something the day before Thanksgiving, welcomed by Maria? (I think, i'm sorry I don't remember.) She helped me pick out a good arrangement and had me wrapped up and ready to go in minutes. Fast, friendly, easy to use. Good job, y'all.

I was in quite a predicament trying to get flowers for my mother's b-day on short notice due to a certain unnamed 1800 flower-related website not being able to facilitate my requests from California two times in two days. Rockcastle Florist was there for me and did so with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. My mother got her flowers, same day, and because she was ecstatic and happy, so am I.
Apologies for taking so long to write this, but just want to thank Robin and crew for the amazing work on my daughter Shannon's wedding. She was wonderful to work with and made everything so easy (not an easy task when you have do it for someone who is also a florist!!) everything was beautiful !!
Rockcastle Florist is personal, helpful and accommodating. They make sure your flowers/deliveries are when you want, how you want them and with great timing! Love this place! :)
I was part of a mock wedding photo shoot where you guys provided the flowers and I am SO impressed!! It was a little three weeks ago that the bouquets were put together and 70% of the flowers in the bouquet I took home are still fresh and gorgeous!!! (the other 30% probably didn't make it because I am awful at remembering to cut the stems and change the water when it gets gross).
