Robin at Rockcastle read my mind when we met to discusss wedding flowers! Rockcastle made amazing bouquets for the bridesmaids, boutonnières for the men and a gorgeous wedding bouquet for me! They also supplied me with beautiful flowers so I could make my own centerpieces! (For some reason I just really wanted to do that)- they turned out perfect with flowers from rockcastle!
Disappointed that half of this place is now a bakery. They ruined a good thing. You no longer can just walk in and point to the flowers you want for a custom bouquet. No room for that. Poor customer service too. Numerous times I heard them tell customers “We don’t do that anymore” Definitely my last time here and I had been a customer for 20 years

Recently had the pleasure of speaking with Besty while ordering a sympathy arrangement for the sudden passing of a friend. Her empathy and warmth radiated over the phone 2,000 miles away. Her kindness will definitely not be forgotten, and I will definitely be ordering flowers again from Rockcastle.
I knew we had picked the best florist from our first meeting with Robin. My daughter was unsure of what she wanted for her wedding and it was hard for her to articulate what her vision was. Robin ‘read’ her style perfectly and began showing her options. We had so much faith in her that we told her to go wild with the bridal bouquet, to do whatever she wanted.
