I came home from a work trip to find a broken window. its clear it was done by a rock. I sent in a work or to the office, they fixed it with duct tape. Four months later I get a phone call they want me to pay $505 to repair it. It's a ton of things wrong including molding carpet, leaking air conditioners, to dishwasher that won't drain water, to no running water in the kitchen!

Months after I had moved out of one of their properties in ****** I received a bill. I had emailed the office of my apartment as well as several other relevant emails requesting explanation of the fees and received no response. A week later I called the number for the corporate offices in *** and asked for a response. Only then did I receive a email back from the regional manager. My apartment is infested with roaches and mouse. Maintenance don't fix nothing. Every other month they under new management. The ceiling falling apart. When it rain the ceiling leaks. When you wash dishes the pipes leak water every where. This apartments not safe for anyone the live in.

This company owns multiple business across multiple ******. I currently live in one of their apartment buildings in ******, **. The apartment ****** has been recently fired for trying to do her job even though everyone above her made it impossible. After signing my lease July 1st, there has been nothing but issues with the apartment since the door opened minutes after signing. There is no working ac still 2 months later. My apartment building is infested with bats. My ******** have awaken to bats flying over us. We got out safely no thanks to emergency 24-hour maintenance line. Was told by the complex manager that maintenance doesnt handle critter calls. Reported it to this office first thing in the morning. They didnt come out until the next business day. if i could give them 0 stars i would. rude management, the leasing associates hang up on you mid conversation if they hear something they don't like, maintenance walks into your house unannounced WITHOUT KNOCKING. i could go on.

******* apt is a miserable place to live I currently live here and I have waited a week for some one to come fix my AC we have been in a heat advisory 102 today he finally showed up said he put freon in outside unit and by the middle of the night we would see a difference when he left the temp started going up not down. The unit is old from the 70s. Where do I begin. The leasing staff, are a bunch of crooks. Upon move-in, they lost my keys and refuse to show me the apartment. The apartment was trashy. The apartment had a very strong dog smell, dog feces on the carpets in all the rooms, dirty kitchen, dirty, bathroom, and trash in the apartment. I gave them my inspection sheet and took pictures. I am a current tenant at 21W Aparments in Wichita, Kansas. I choose this place because of how close it is to WSU. So far everything has worked out okay. I pay a little bit extra each month for a carport but is so worth it so I don't have to scrape the snow off my car! I love how I can pay my rent at Wal-Mart and get all my other shopping done in one place. Would definitely recommend this place especially for incoming fellow WSU students. Go Shockers !
