Save yourself a lot of headaches and frustration. You don’t get anything for the prices they charge here. The doormen are always nice but the guys who run this building are complete gangsters and bullies. They will milk every penny from you and you get absolutely nothing in return. The building has been extremely unaccommodating during this very difficult time (Covid & Quarantine). They provide no leniences or flexibility, and instead try to take as much money from you as they can. Since quarantine started, ROCKROSE (the building) has become extremely stingy with money while also removing amenities for tenants to use.
