Terrible experience
Customer service here is a serious problem. Instead of listening to what I wanted, the barber seemed impatient and uninterested. The whole experience felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. There are plenty of places that actually care about their customers—this isn't one of them.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was by far the worst haircut experience I have ever had. The haircut was rushed and completed in less than five minutes, and the result was extremely disappointing. It was clear that the barber lacked the necessary skills and attention to provide even a basic quality haircut. I asked for a fade, but what I got was far from it.
