If I could give 0 stars, I would do that. I will not be back. You don't tell someone their loan was approved, let them drive an hour out of their way back down to pick up their car and show them something they never looked at to tell them that's what the loan was approved for. Dishonesty all around. Tell your friends.
We love our new Kia Sorento. A huge thank you to Mitch and Mike for taking care of us. You guys were both wonderful!

Well, for a dealership service department I guess I would have expected more professional approach at the counter of all places. They were super nice., but had on going conversations about random things they were planning to do. Phones were ringing and being ignored. I've sat on hold when calling service department. Perhaps this is why.
Joshua is the go to guy! From the moment I walked in everyone was very nice. I LOVE my 2017 Sorento! Joshua was very knowledgeable and answered all or any questions I had! I would highly recommend him! �
Justin in the Service Department always takes excellent care of us and our Sorento.
