I've been getting my oil changed at Rock River Kia for years solely because of the promise that every sixth oil change would be free. My next oil change would have been my free oil change, and, so, this morning, when I went into Kia to schedule my oil change I was told that said program has been cancelled. If they had ANY integrity, at all, they would honor the free oil change I've earned, as my last five oil changes were performed and PAID for while the program was in existence. Had car in for oil change today. Someone spends the $$ on a new car you guys should probably use fender covers instead of having your techs get grease and oil all over someone’s new car exterior and I’d bet adding a scratch or 2!
Everyone at Rock River Kia made buying a new car easy and pleasurable. The sales person, Alisa; manager Doug; and finance manager, Greg, All treated me professionally and honestly. They were knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. I would recommend them highly. And, I got a great price!!
