I've bought all my cars in the past 20 years from Joe Deriggi, and I've never been unsatisfied with any aspect of Rock River Ford. Service Dept (Matthew) is friendly and efficient. I will continue to see them for all my car needs.

Very nice and friendly staff
Took my wifes ford focus in when transmission light turned on. i told them it was slipping when shifting as it was under warranty so the replaced the pcn wich was recalled but and told me to bring it back in if the problem persists. The problem continued and gradualy got worse and the transmission light came back on so i brought it back in and they said the clutch needed to be replaced and its gonna cost $1500 because the warrenty just expired.
