Treacherous place to work. Incredible example of a mental health agency that doesn’t care for the mental health of their staff. Shame.
I'm only posting this as per a bit of confusion. I was looking for supports for my son with severe ADHD with learning disabilities. When in contact over the past couple months , they offered me service before him. I am very educated on how to parent my son. I was little taken back that I had to do " a 5 week course" before he could access anything. That would make this nearly 3 months of trying to get him in to talk to someone HIMSELF. He's going to be 12.
