Lisa was absolutely phenomenal! She was so sweet with our son and did a fantastic job. Would recommend over and over again!
I’ve had mixed experiences over multiple visits. Phone interactions often feel rushed or curt, and haircuts have been inconsistent. My children have tolerated the space well, but during our most recent visit, we waited about 20 minutes without any greeting or acknowledgement from staff, and my daughter felt uncomfortable. We won’t be returning.
Lauren did so great with my son! He had a terrible first haircut experience elsewhere and this was the redemption. Very very happy with the cut and the stylist!
They do an amazing job with kids, my son doesn't like getting his hair cut but they are always so good with him. They do whatever they need to do to get the hair cut and keep the child happy.
