Very disappointed first time client had an appointment I get to the salon to find out my stylist I made an appointment with had a family emergency and had to leave I didn’t even get a courtesy call letting me know even after the appointment was confirmed multiple times I was then told a different stylist would be helping me when I can clearly see the stylist just started someone with getting there hair colored I was then told it would be about 20 minutes before she helps me which we all know color doesn’t take just 20 minute... read more

Do NOT go see Kales. I left unhappy with my cut and color after she recommended balayage. When I told her I wanted to talk about fixing it, she scheduled a consult but wouldn’t fix my hair until I rescheduled for a week later. The conversation took less than five minutes and wasted 45 minutes of my time. She then told me she would be charging me $60 to fix my hair. I've had my hair cut and colored by Ashley twice and she was excellent. I had had my hair done her before by a stylist who has since left, and the color was not quite what I wanted. Ashley guessed correctly that I needed it to be a little bit different from the notes about what I had had, and worked with me to make sure the color would be exactly what I wanted.
