I wish that 0 stars was an option. Hands down my worst experience as a customer ever. I am still in disbelief and I waited over a month to cool down. Here's the chain of events: -I saw all of the great reviews and heard good things, so I booked my appointment in advance and drove from almost an hour away because of the hype. I left 30 minutes ahead of time to ensure that I was on time. -I was not informed that this was Durham's big festival day or that parking in general was problematic. I moved here about a year ago, and really struggled to find a new stylist that worked well with me. I tried this salon, and loved it. Christina is incredible. I'll recommend her supremely to anyone.
I had a great experience here! The beer is homebrewed, delicious, and free! My hair stylist, Haley did exactly what I asked of her and my hair looks and feels great! Amazing place with a great vibe!
