TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...STAY AWAY!! great stationary store!!! Rock Paper Scissors has such great stuff, it almost makes me want to actually write a letter. Almost. What really happens is I buy cute stationery and never use it. At least my desk looks nicer. The store is located in downtown Franklin, a great shopping district. You can park and walk from one cool store to the next. Rock Paper Scissors is spare and modern, very Manhattanesque. They sell very upscale brands: Kate Spade, Poppy & Mimi, Woo. They do customized stationery, invitations and announcements... read more
Horrible customer service and untimely.... I do not recommend this store. I purchased in house paper and envelopes for some custom stationary and am highly disappointed with my experience. The staff is rude. They made a mistake and somehow it is now all my fault. One staff member actually got angry with me in an email for not returning her email in a timely fashion...though she was almost 5 days late sending me a proof and I had to call THEM to see what the delay was, and I had no access to my email for two days.
