great stationary store!!! Rock Paper Scissors has such great stuff, it almost makes me want to actually write a letter. Almost. What really happens is I buy cute stationery and never use it. At least my desk looks nicer. The store is located in downtown Franklin, a great shopping district. You can park and walk from one cool store to the next. Rock Paper Scissors is spare and modern, very Manhattanesque. They sell very upscale brands: Kate Spade, Poppy & Mimi, Woo. They do customized stationery, invitations and announcements... read more
Horrible customer service and untimely.... I do not recommend this store. I purchased in house paper and envelopes for some custom stationary and am highly disappointed with my experience. The staff is rude. They made a mistake and somehow it is now all my fault. One staff member actually got angry with me in an email for not returning her email in a timely fashion...though she was almost 5 days late sending me a proof and I had to call THEM to see what the delay was, and I had no access to my email for two days. I stopped by the store in May on a weekday and spent over half an hour discussing my wedding reception invitation needs with the store owner herself. I had some special circumstances and she assured me she would work with me to meet what I needed. I looked over her invitation samples and she encouraged me to take photos. It appeared it would run about $400-500 for the 100 invitations, RSVP's, envelopes, etc, so not too a large order, but not a small one either. Customer service is horrible..... – I do not recommend this store. I purchased in house paper and envelopes for some custom stationary and am highly disappointed by a number of things. First is the price. Ridiculous! I knew it would be pricey but $25 more then other stationary stores in town (I have since had to order my stationary from another store). Second, their staff is rude.
