I love this place for the customer service, knowable staff and pure enjoyment of the sport/hobby. If you want to learn more about mountain biking, cycling or cruising around your city check this place out!
We have purchased 2 bikes here in the past. But today we left emptied handed. Need handle grips and a helmet for our 4 year old. After an initial hello the staff stayed behind the desk and instead of offering to help us with helmet fitting just told us from behind the counter how expensive the helmets were. We won't be back!

I bought my first Giant brand bike, Talon 4 27.5, from these guys before I left for Colorado. They did everything they could to get my bike here before I left because they didn't have the size and color I was looking for. In my opinion the customer service they provided was outstanding. Excellent service. Stopped by without an appointment to pick up a couple items. They brought my bike in, took care of several minor issues, didn't force me to leave my bike when travel to the shop is 45 minutes each way. Very friendly and helpful. Showed me the repairs being done and how to make minor adjustments myself. VERY IMPRESSED!
I needed a repair done on a bike a friend loaned me to train for my first Triathlon. I know absolutely nothing, and they took the time to explain what I needed and what my options were. Extremely knowledgeable and carry a diverse selection of bikes from cruisers to road styles. I will support locally owned and family ran whenever possible, superior service and selection.
