Our family recently visited Grand Haven for vacation, for the second year in a row. We love everything about GH, but that's a whole different review. During this visit we were in GH from Friday until Tuesday. On Saturday morning our family went on a ride. I noticed that my front breaks were squeaking something fierce. This was obvious when I heard a squeel every time I broke at about 120 Db. I've been going to bike shops in cities across the country for more than 20 years to have work done on road, mountain, cyclocross, and commuting bikes. This shop has better customer service than any shop I've been to. Simple as that.
Great place and Matt will do what he can to get your bike back to you so you don't miss out on the fun on your bike.
These guys are the best. I rented a bike for the day. I got a high-quality 21-speed road & trail bike for only $20 a day. Helmet & bike lock were included. They are conveniently located and you can start your ride from their lot with easy access to trails and other good places to ride.
