RecommendedRock ‘n’ Road is my favorite bicycle shop in West Michigan. Their team is helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. We have bought 2 bikes with them and use them for all our service. We won’t go anywhere else for our bike needs.
I was considering just getting a new bike, mine wasn't fun to ride anymore and felt like a lot of work. I took it in and they tuned it up. Now it's just effortless. They didn't even try to sell me a bike. Highly recommend

I went in for a broken pedal. They didn’t have a direct replacement, so they called around to distributors and no one had a part. Despite that, they found a suitable replacement and fixed it up. Plus they did a tuneup on the spot. All in 15-20 minutes. Can’t recommend them enough... ask for Ben.

Rock ‘n’ Road Cycle GH has amazing customer service! All the employees are so knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend purchasing a bike from them all day long.
