Great accommodations and very nice staff
I leave in this property for few years and all I can say is good things about the staff. The office specially Rocio always solve any problem that I have, and the maintenance crew are very efficient as well, if I have to move back to Rock Creek I won't think it twice.
Been at Rock Creek Springs for almost 4 years now, just signed a 2-year lease renewal. I love it here, and a big plus is the staff. Assistant Property Manager Rocio Sanchez is a real treasure - so helpful, friendly, and sincere. Rocio does an outstanding job, and the place would not be the same without her. The rest of the staff including Tony, Miguel, and George are wonderful as well. They always respond quickly to my requests in an efficient and professional manner. Very happy to be here! :)
Second year living here and we love it. The property management team is quick to address an concerns, they even helped us find our lost dog! Rocio in the main office is amazing, an apartment is an apartment, but she helps make this place feel like a home.
Entering into my 4th year living at Rock Creek Springs. Assistant Property Manager, Rocio, is by far the most punctual, kind, and caring individual in real estate property management I have yet to meet; and I am in the industry! I've had little to no issues living here and whatever maintenance issues I have had, the wonderful maintenance staff have always resolved them all in record time. The staff at Rock Creek Springs really do make just an apartment a home.
Lived here for a year and absolutely love it. Great location on the metro and it’s the most affordable building in the neighborhood. It’s also so nice to be right next to a Peet’s and a Giant plaza.
