This apartment has very very poor customer service there Asst Manager is very rude and has know respect for the leasing agents, she speaks down about them saying that there only leasing agents, and They don't know the policy. Be very careful renting from this property, they give false information, they snoop around in your apartment. And they tell lies to cover up there mistakes. If the leasing agent does not know the policy and what the lease reads, why would you trust that same person to go over that information with you a... read more
So pay my rent online only to come home the next day to a notice to vacate. Did they bother calling me..No! They have my number and my email address. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
the parking at night is a nightmare. there is no parking space for residents. Residence have to park on the stripe mark, on the grass and often on the other side of the fence. And guess what happen ? They actually tow residence cars while provide 0 improvement on parking. There is at least 5 extra parking space would be available if they reorganize the parking lot. Also the Ac unit overflowed with water almost every 3 months or 4. Good thing is they take care of it in the same day. I would renew the lease if they improve the... read more
