Chose not to eat here because of the reviews, so I grabbed food elsewhere but needed a fork. I stopped in and politely asked if I could have one, and was told they charge $1.50 for a plastic fork because too many people apparently come in just to ask for utensils. I then offered to buy a juice (which obviously costs more than the $1.50 they wanted for the fork) and the employee just shook his head and still wouldn’t give me one. 😂 The level of seriousness over a plastic fork was honestly comical. Asad was a great waiter!
Beware sitting in Anthony’s area. He didn’t check on us not once. Not even when he dropped off the menus. We had to flag him down each time. I asked for more BBQ sauce for my burger because they literally put a half tsp of BBQ on. He brought back my buddy’s jalapeños and immediately walked off. I tried calling him while he was less than four feet away, he turned his head to the side as if he heard me and kept walking. We didn’t see him again for the rest of the time. Asad was awesome. Brought drinks as we needed them. Food was great even for an airport.
Stopped at Rock and Brews at LAX and Julissa was amazing with her excellent service and Amazon personality with a big beautiful smile. She made me feel so welcome will definitely come back here next month.
