We got a flight of beers and the server was fun and engaging. We had an afternoon lunch on a Saturday, not too busy but food was great!

Nothing to review here except that this WAS one of the Biersch's top restaurants. But all that success will not stop the one in Bolingbrook, Illinois to change. They are closing down to become a Rock Bottom Brewery. They are owned by the same franchise umbrella from what we hear. Guess they're trying to go after the younger demographics. And most of the wait-staff and chefs will remain. Most importantly the Head BrewMaster will also remain.
I have always enjoyed coming to this location for a refreshing beverage made on site, as well as refreshing conversation & meeting new people. I’ve come to know several of the staff, and enjoyed getting to know them & talking with them. GB was one of the first breweries, and brewery restaurants in the area I will miss GB for what it was, an alternative for the cookie cutter type chain restaurants, even tho it is a chain as well.

My wife and I ate there last night with a group of 16 or so. The server, Angela, was awesome. She handled our group like she was helping 2 of us and was very personable. The drinks and food were great and the bill was not too much. We didn't wait at all for our drinks or food. Again, great job Angela, thanks. Great experience.
The food was very good the portions were very large, And the service was great food came out super fast
