We visited the location yesterday and I was very disappointed. For one and we received our appetizer the nachos were thrown on a plate and the cheese that was them look like it was stuck in the microwave and melted on the nacho chips It’s just not the same quality as when the location was Gordon Bersch very disappointed

Food was great, the steak was cooked perfectly! The 2am burger was amazing and the Mac and cheese was a slice of heaven! Waitstaff was a little slow at times but very nice and helpful!

I was really disappointed in our first visit since the switch to RB yesterday. We came in for lunch (and to use my Birthday reward) and ended up leaving without eating. Water was at our table within five minutes of seating, but we ended up being ignored for fifteen minutes after. Even when we got up to leave there was no acknowledgement from the server to find out if there was an issue. I'm going to have a hard time convincing the person I was with to come back for a second chance.

Today we went to see Daniel the Tiger and stopped by Rock Bottom after for dinner. We had made reservations prior and specifically asked for a table. We did not mind waiting for one however the hosts insisted we take a booth. We go to a high one which does not fit us, then they move us to a lower booth. (We have a larger person in our party and I'm 8 months pregnant) Still not enough room but we add a chair on the end and make it work. Server came over and greeted us right aw...Continue Reading
