Big shout out to Rock Auto Service in Niles. Our brakes were really soft and had to drop the van off at the shop around 10pm last night. We just left the keys and a note what was wrong. We had a crazy weekend planned so we were really hoping to get it back today, but totally understood if it couldn't happen because it was a "surprise" for them when they showed up to the shop this morning. Injector work was done improperly. Cost us a lot of money in the end. Terribly disappointed

I trust them to take care of all of my vehicle needs. I have a Ford Escape and I took it in for an oil change and Scott found that the previous person that changed my oil had put my oil filter on wrong. The Secretary is great also.
