This is the best property management company I've been with. Tyler specifically is helpful and accommodating. The apartments are up to date and well maintained, plus they keep the rent reasonable and offer great value.
This review is for the apartments at 2114 Muir Field Rd. These apartments are nice and management seems to try to keep them up to date. They recently replaced old windows with nice new windows which was nice. I recently had some issues with smoke in my apartment due to other tenants smoking in their unit and management was able to take steps to mitigate and eventually resolve the issue. Overall I would recommend living here.
Our best living experience in Madison - by far. My fiancee and I have rented from Rock Apartments for two years now, and have only the greatest things to say about Josh and Kayla, our landlords. They have gone above and beyond routine maintenance many times, preemptively installing brand-new windows and doors to help lower tenants' heating and cooling costs.
