RDB did two fabulous projects for us. The first, in 1998, was a kitchen remodel and study addition. The second, in 2009, was enclosing a family room to make a guest room, adding an ensuite bathroom (handicap accessible), and building a screened porch. In each case, Gary listened carefully to our desires, and worked with us to give us exactly what we wanted. The craftsmanship of his team was of the highest caliber. Rochman Design Build really does nice work - they create great spaces and the projects are very nicely done. The designs they do are not "cookie cutter", one-size-fits-all types. We are incredibly pleased with our experience working with Rochman Design-Build. They are very attentive to detail and listened to us as we described our needs and expectations for the project. The new work is seamless with the original home. They reused as much of the old trim and materials as possible and designed the addition so the house does not seem at all disjointed or added-on.
