Gary and his team are professional, detail-oriented individuals who set high standards for aesthetic and technical excellence. They are well prepared before beginning construction and highly effective during the construction process. The quality of the finished work is beyond reproach. We hired Rochman Design and Build to construct an addition to our house which consisted of adding an upstairs bedroom, increasing the space to the mud room, adding an exercise space, and adding a guest bedroom to the basement. We used Rochman Design-Build to do a renovation of our kitchen that also involved much of the living space in our house. These guys are fantastic!!!! If you want to experience an over-the-top remodeling experience with professional design and construction, Rochman Design-Build is the best! Every phase of the project was delivered on time, reflected our own personal style and a Rochman person was on-site each day. We love our new kitchen, and are looking for an excuse for another remodeling project. How many people can say that????

We had RDB do two large projects for us in 2 different years and we were 110% satisfied both times. They were highly reliable--everything always happened exactly how and when they said it would--sometimes they were even ahead of schedule. They left the worksite completely clean and tidy each day. Updated screening, woodwork and outside paneling on lakehouse porch (2-story screened porch); as with other projects we have had this remodeler do for us over the years, the attention to detail, respect for property, pets, etc, timeliness of getting the job done and quality of workmanship was superior; the confidence in knowing things will be done correctly in a superior fashion is priceless

Rochman rebuilt our kitchen, dining roon, mudroom, basement, and 2 bedrooms. This was done in 3 separate jobs. The workmanship and professionalism was outstanding. All of the work was done on time and on schedule. Most importantly the quality of the work was excellent. When follow up adjustments were needed they always came back and did them in a very timely manner. We have used them for 3 different jobs and I would do so again. We couldn't be happier.
