We hired RDB to construct a 2-story addition that enlarged and improved our kitchen, created a mudroom, and expanded an existing bedroom with an en suite master bath. As part of the same project, we also refreshed existing finishes (new tile/fixtures in half bath; refinished hardwood throughout; updated fixtures and lighting) and significantly revised the layout of the existing first-floor spaces. RDB presented us with thoughtful, creative proposals for our remodeling project and incorporated all of our concerns -- they satisfied more items from our "wish list" than we thought possible, in a design that we had not imagined. RDB renovated the kitchen and two bathrooms while also adding a mudroom and relocating a powder room for our 1870s farm house. We are extremely happy with all of the renovations. This was our first remodeling experience, and we were very comfortable with Gary’s approach and process. Rochman Design-Build built a major addition onto our house in 2014-15. It was space designed for an elderly parent that could later become a first floor master suite and family room. Our goals and desires for the design were carefully listened to and the final result is spectacular. Communication, so important to us, was consistent throughout the project. Rochman Design Build remodeled a 1990 designed kitchen in late 2014. The project included removing a wall between the kitchen & family room, gutting the original kitchen, installing new Pella windows, installing new hardwood floors in the family room, kitchen, living & dining rooms & entry hall.
