I love RVC and so do all my babies. They are truly caring compassionate people! I would never have anybody else to take care of my babies.

The staff at Rochester vet. were very mean to my dog shado. He went in with an ear infection and they did literally nothing to help him but hand me antibiotics and spray. To top it all off they didn't put the first dose in his ears. What good is that??? They rushed me out when I SCHEDULED an appointment. RIDICULOUS. GO SOME WHERE ELSE!!!! They could care less about your pet, they only care about the paycheck.
